Ebenezer is the Founder and CEO of EKAM Group, a Ghanaian owned group with subsidiaries engaged in the business of Organizational Learning and Development Interventions, Capital Raise and Trade Finance, Physical Commodities Trading, Real Estate and Construction. Ebenezer has rich and significant experience in organisational development, strategic change management, talent recruitment, strategy formulation and implementation, strategy planning, monetary economics, policy formulation and analysis, scalable innovative educational-technology, investment consulting, client relations, market research, competitor analysis and business development. These experiences have included providing consultancy services to clients for achieving significant improvements in business growth, staff productivity and operational efficiency over the years.

During his association with some banks and organisations he has worked with, he contributed significantly to diversified leadership roles involving strategic/operational planning, solutions consultancy, learning needs interventions, business transformation and stakeholder management. He has designed and delivered major transformation programs to build personnel as well as organisational capability. In addition, having served in top tier managerial positions, he has actively been playing crucial roles in change management strategy, planning and implementation of organisations. He has designed valuable interventions to drive several organisations’ culture, behaviour, skills, and business performance.

As an investment advisor and an economic policy analyst, he exhibits excellent knowledge and skill in the field of monetary and financial economics. He is skilled in providing consulting services to delineate and analyse financial/business challenges as well as suggest appropriate solutions. He possesses thorough knowledge of various investment policies, monetary economics and market dynamics.
