Kella Ewurabena Agyeman
Kella got her start as a stock taker/accountant in the wholesale and retail sector with an electrical accessories enterprise (Desmond Franklin Electricals Enterprise) after the period of one (1) year, she then moved on to working as a relationship officer in the financial sector with Saka Homes Microfinance. Her excellent conduct saw her being moved to the real estate development arm of the same company (Saka Homes Real Estate Development Ltd) as their customer service personnel. With all the dedication in her varied roles which included a stint as a customer service representative with Ifix Solutions, she was offered a role to become the office administrator in Wagtech Ghana Limited. Working with various esteem entities and serving them in different positions has given her an accumulated Ten years of working Experience.
Kella possesses a great work ethic which includes being an ardent communicator and a rapt listener. Due to her roles in different work environments, she has developed good interpersonal skills and displays great work ethics that translates into efficiency and harmony withing the work environment. She knows how well her role can positively impact productivity so she commits to high standards whilst remain openminded and ready to learn new things with the grasping abilities required to get a work-related task accomplished and has acquired a Bsc in Administration from the University of Ghana.
Kella now currently holds a position of an Office Manager with Minksholdings which she accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities, Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment, develops personal growth opportunities, coordinates and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards, Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
As an office manager she defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes. Also she accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
